Dynamics 365 Sales — Microsoft CRM Implementation

Turn spreadsheets into a
real, visible pipeline.

Your team already works in Microsoft 365. Dynamics Synergy implements Dynamics 365 Sales natively into Outlook and Teams, so your team gets a real CRM without a new tool to learn or another disconnected system to manage.

Overview

What is Dynamics 365
Sales?

Dynamics 365 Sales is Microsoft's native CRM application, built to run inside the Microsoft 365 environment your team already uses every day: Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Logging a call, updating a deal, or checking a customer's history happens directly where the work already happens.

For companies still tracking sales in spreadsheets, it replaces ad hoc tracking with a structured pipeline: defined stages, assigned owners, and a forecast built from actual deal data. For companies moving off Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM, the migration preserves accounts, contacts, and deal history while adding native Microsoft integration and Copilot AI.

Because Dynamics 365 Sales shares a platform with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Business Central, sales teams running their ERP on Dynamics 365 get order, invoice, and accounts-receivable data inside the same CRM record, without a separate integration project.

Who this is for

Built for revenue leaders
who are done guessing at pipeline

Real visibility into pipeline instead of relying on memory or a rep's spreadsheet

A forecast built on data, not gut feeling, and a repeatable way to ramp new reps

One system of record instead of three spreadsheets owned by three different reps

A CRM that's already inside the Microsoft stack you already manage

Why teams make the move

What changes once Sales is live

Whether you're moving off spreadsheets or off Salesforce, this is what we hear from sales and ops teams before and after.

Before

No visibility into pipeline — forecasts are guesses

Reps spending significant time on data entry, not selling

Sales data lives in spreadsheets owned by individual reps

CRM disconnected from ERP — no single customer view

After

Real-time pipeline analytics via Power BI, built in

Native Outlook and Teams integration, right where reps work

Copilot drafts follow-ups and surfaces next-best-action

ERP order, invoice, and AR data inside the CRM record

How we work

From first conversation to a live pipeline

1

Assessment & scoping

We review your current sales process, tech stack, and data — spreadsheets, an aging CRM, or Salesforce — before proposing anything.

2

Pilot

A working proof of concept with a small group of users, so your team sees it running before committing to a full rollout.

3

Full rollout

Data migration, pipeline stages, dashboards, and integrations configured for your whole sales team.

4

Managed Services

Ongoing administration, training, and optimization — so your team keeps selling instead of running the system.
