Overview
What actually moves, and what doesn't
Migrating from an older Dynamics CRM is a re-implementation, not an upgrade. Your sales processes, account hierarchies, and team knowledge carry over, while configurations are rebuilt to take advantage of modern capabilities.
Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, history, notes, and attachments migrate. Forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and integrations are rebuilt, leaving behind outdated customizations and unused data.
Most migrations move to Dynamics 365 Sales, often alongside Customer Service, Power BI, and native Outlook and Teams integration. Customer data can also connect with Finance or Business Central. We serve organizations across the United States and Canada.

Who this is for
Built for teams whose CRM has stopped keeping up with how they sell
50–500 employees, running Microsoft 365 alongside a legacy Dynamics CRM
On-premises Dynamics CRM with no upgrade path and no one left who built it
A sales process that has changed while the CRM has not, with reps working around it in
spreadsheets
Failing integrations or infrastructure and security changes.
Why CRM migrations go wrong
What changes when the migration is planned around adoption
A CRM migration is technically easier than an ERP one and fails more often, because the failure is behavioural rather than technical. The system goes live, and three months later people are back in Excel.

Before
A decade of customizations rebuilt as they were
Fifteen years of records migrated wholesale

Run as an IT project, without sales leadership

Old and new systems running in parallel indefinitely
After
Every customization justified against standard functionality first

History worth keeping decided up front, the rest archived
VP of Sales sponsorship and direct team training.
Parallel running with an end date agreed before it starts
How we work
From first conversation to go-live
1
Migration assessment (1–2 weeks)
A customization inventory, data audit, integration map, and a plan that says what carries, what gets rebuilt, and what should be retired. Fixed scope and yours to keep, even if you take it to another partner.
2
Design (2–3 weeks)
Process workshops with the people who sell, not only with IT. Data model, security roles, and decisions on which legacy customizations earn their place in the new system.
3
Build, migration & testing (3–6 weeks)
Configuration against Dynamics 365 standard, rebuilt integrations, and Power BI reporting.
Data cleansing and test loads run in parallel, with at least one rehearsed cutover.
4
Go-live & Managed Services (Ongoing)
Final load, go-live, and training for the sales team. Hypercare runs through the first full sales cycle, followed by a defined support model through Managed Services.
