Overview
What Power Platform actually is
Power Platform extends your Microsoft data with Power BI for reporting, Power Apps for custom processes, Power Automate for workflows, and Dataverse for data management.
We treat every solution as engineered software, with version control, controlled deployments, documented data sources, and clear ownership.
Our work often complements Dynamics 365 Finance, Business Central, and CRM, integrating reporting from the start. We serve organizations in the United States and Canada.

Who this is for
Built for teams whose reporting and processes have outgrown spreadsheets
50–500 employees, already licensed for Microsoft 365, Teams, or Azure
Running Dynamics 365 and needing reporting or workflow the platform doesn't do out of the box
Key processes living in spreadsheets nobody owns, or monthly reporting assembled by hand from exports
Existing Power Apps or Power BI solutions, with a designated owner.
Where Power Platform goes wrong
What changes when Power Platform is built to last
Almost every organization we meet already has some Power Platform in use, and almost all of it has at least one of these problems. They are worth knowing before you commission more of it, not after.

Before
Nobody owns the app once its builder changes role
Built and edited directly in production
Three dashboards, three different revenue figures
Connections running on one person's credentials
After
Named owner and clear documentation.
Separate environments and a deployment path from the start
Metric definitions agreed and documented before anything is built
Service accounts and documented connections, as a matter of course
How we work
From first conversation to go-live
1
Discovery & inventory (1–2 weeks)
What already exists, who uses it, where the data comes from, and what the licensing position is. For organizations with Power Platform already in use, this often reduces the scope.
2
Design (2–3 weeks)
Data model, metric definitions agreed in writing, environment and deployment approach, security model, and a named owner for handover.
3
Build (2–6 weeks)
Delivered in increments with something reviewable every week or two, rather than a single reveal at the end. Built in a development environment and promoted, never edited live.
4
Handover & Managed Services (Ongoing)
Documentation and working sessions with the owner and users, so the capability is transferred, not assumed. Ongoing support is optional through Managed Services.
